Twenty to 25 tickets remain for the Great Mid-Atlantic Wet Shavers Meetup 2026. If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your heads-up.

The event is October 18 at 3100 Horizon in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia. That address is home to Conshohocken Brewing Company, a restaurant and brewhouse with some of the most amazing-looking ales I’ve seen photos of. Glenn has shared a bunch of them with me. I’ve never tried their brews, but they look beautiful and the food looks just as good. Your $40 ticket covers entry and a meal. That’s the deal.

Tickets

The capacity is 100 sold tickets. That number doesn’t include the 10 artisans and vendors, their families, Glenn and our wives, and so on. The 100 is straight buyer seats.

To get yours: email Glenn, PayPal him the $40, he sends you a receipt. You can reach out to me if you want and I’ll point you to him, but he’s the one running the logistics.

What to Expect

When you walk in, my wife Alexis and Glenn’s wife Suzy will be at the door taking tickets and handing out door prizes and swag bags. The 10 artisan and vendor tables will be set up in a meeting room off to the side of the restaurant and bar. I’ve got photos in the video that give you a feel for the layout.

Beyond that: trivia, contests, and giveaways throughout the event. I’m mailing at least a couple of boxes out ahead of my trip, packed full of stuff. We have 19 sponsors who’ve contributed some killer giveaways. Expect to walk out with your arms full. I want this to feel like the Super Bowl of meetups. That’s not me overselling it; that’s honestly how it feels going in.

On the Schedule

Three educational segments are happening at the event and you can take part in any or all of them.

Frank from Strike Gold Shave is doing an introduction to straight razor shaving. He’ll be honing razors on-site, walking through the ins and outs of the craft, and taking questions. If you’ve been curious about straights and never had the right person in front of you to ask, that’s your moment.

My segment is a fragrance discussion. If you caught my advent calendar video, you know I take scent seriously. It’s going to be entertaining as well as educational. I don’t want to give away the format yet, but I’ll say someone might be doing some of the talking for me.

Nelson is putting together a third educational opportunity. I spoke with him on July 9th and he’ll be joining Glenn and me on a YouTube live soon. I’ll let him walk you through what he’s got planned rather than step on his announcement.

Who’s Coming

Here’s the full artisan and vendor lineup in alphabetical order:

Eric of the Cajun Blade is also planning to attend, though he won’t have a vendor table. And there are a couple of other names I’m not ready to announce yet. If you follow my content, you might be surprised by who shows up.

I’m looking so forward to meeting people I’ve known in this community for years and never stood in the same room with. Peter, Frank, Nelson, Eric. I genuinely don’t have words for it.

Video Giveaway

I’m giving away a $25 gift card to one of the 10 artisan and vendor tables, as long as they sell gift cards. To enter: drop a comment on the video with who you’d like to receive it. You don’t have to be attending to win. If you want a nudge, comment with who you’d most like to meet at the meetup. I’ll announce the winner in the next week or two.

If you don’t already follow these artisans and vendors, check them out. Nineteen sponsors showed up for this event. That’s worth paying attention to.

Glenn and I are trying to get as many of them on a live between now and October as we can. You already saw the one with Eric, which was a great time. Frank and Nelson are both coming on soon. Keep an eye on the channel.

20 to 25 tickets left. Details on how to grab yours are in the video description. It’s the little big things, my friends. Hope to see you there.
