HAGS Summer 2026: 5th Anniversary Reissues and Four New Releases

HAGS Artisan turns five this year, and the team is marking it with a summer release that pairs reissued early-catalog scents with four brand-new lines. Eulogy and Resurrection, both short 2022 runs that left a long memory in the community, are back in HAGS’ premium CORTEX X soap base. Mirage, Abyssal Lagoon, Barbershop Our Signature, and the Baby Blue cooling pair are debut releases built for the season. The full set is stocked at The Wet Shaving Store and The Shave Supply for U.S. shavers.

Eulogy

A 2022 limited release that never quite left the conversation. For the anniversary edition, HAGS kept the original fragrance composition intact and rebuilt it in the CORTEX X premium soap base, which the brand describes as the highest-performing base they have developed. The artwork swaps the original skull for a mechanical helm pulsing with green light. Edition of 300.

Resurrection

HAGS Resurrection 5th Anniversary shaving soap label, a diver rising from the depths illuminated by beams of light

The 2022 original ran in HAGS’ Guinness soap base, where the hops from the beer subtly interfered with the fragrance. The anniversary version moves Resurrection into CORTEX X for a cleaner, more direct expression of the same scent. HAGS notes the composition is an independent interpretation inspired by Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Eau Intense Pour Homme.

Mirage

Cosmic citrus over warm woods. HAGS frames Mirage as the feeling of an illusion forming in heat, anchored to artwork of a Martian desert under a planetary sky. The opening is a bright bergamot-mandarin-ginger-mint rush; the heart turns soft with orange flower and pear; the base settles on cedar, amber, and musk. HAGS describes the composition as inspired by Lattafa’s Art of Universe, reinterpreted through their own lens.

Abyssal Lagoon

The tropical lane, deliberately bent dark. Grapefruit and peppery citrus up top, sea salt and creamy coconut at the heart, then a sun-warmed musk base. The artwork pairs glowing moons and coconut trees with skulls in the sand and something monstrous beneath the water. HAGS’ own line on it: in the daylight, it may look like paradise, but after dark, the lagoon does not belong to us.

Barbershop Our Signature

HAGS Barbershop Our Signature shaving soap label, dark old-world barbershop artwork with mirrors and barber poles

The first barbershop scent in HAGS’ Our Signature line, and it does not chase tradition. Citrus accord, bergamot, and pink pepper open it; lavender and aromatic herbs carry the classic-grooming heart; the base is a polished white musk, cedarwood, vetiver, and sandalwood. The artwork puts a ceremonial figure in an old-world barbershop, which tells you the rest.

Baby Blue Cooling Line

Two pieces, no shaving soap. HAGS calls it the blue cooling shaving ritual: a preshave stick is the first step and an aftershave is the closer, both carrying the same icy cooling finish.

Baby Blue Cooling Aftershave

The aftershave is the scented half of the pair. HAGS kept it light on purpose so it pairs with anything: clean citrus brightness up top, a calming lavender heart, then musk and woods on the finish, with the same cooling effect carrying through.

HAGS credits the line’s name and atmosphere to the Badfinger song that closes a particular cinematic finale. The release itself is an independent HAGS creation; no rights-holder affiliations.
