Prime Big Deal Days Shaving Deals: The Full List

Prime Big Deal Days, Amazon’s October Prime event, runs October 6 and 7. Like July’s Prime Day, the real shaving discounts are scattered across a lot of pages, so we went through the shaving shelves and pulled out every product carrying a Prime Big Deal badge.

Everything below is a Prime-exclusive deal, sorted by category, with the sale price and Amazon’s list price where it showed one. Prices were captured the morning of October 6 and drift through the event, so treat the number on each card as a snapshot. Most deals run until 11:59 p.m. Pacific on October 7, but a few are short deals that end the evening of October 6: the Barbasol 1919 cream, the Caswell-Massey sandalwood cream and the Barbasol Ultra 3 razors among them.

A few patterns stood out. Proraso marked down its core lineup by 20 percent: the cream, the soap, the pre-shave, the balm and the splash, with the Vintage Gino tin at 25. Leaf Shave and Supply both discounted their single-edge razors and blades. The traditional double-edge makers did not take part: Merkur, Edwin Jagger, Mühle, Henson, Rockwell and Parker razors, and Feather, Astra and Personna blades, were all at regular price when we checked. So were Taylor of Old Bond Street, The Art of Shaving and Pacific Shaving.

The Shave Dad rule holds for October too. Buy what you would have bought anyway, save a few dollars, and skip the rest. Sales come back. Razor burn does not.
